Many times we need to share some videos to our client or boss over Zoom meeting when we are in our PC or Mac. Here in this article we are going to show you how you can share a video from your computer for others to see and hear. Here in this Article you will learn how to how to use Zoom screen sharing to play a video for everyone in your Zoom meeting.
- Join or create a Zoom meeting. You may refer to this link if you are facing any issue while Joining a meeting or inviting any meeting request. How to Join a Zoom Meeting on PC or Mac.
- Now you need to open the Video which you want to share with others on seprate window.
For example, Let’s suppose you have already downloaded a video and that video you want to show with your boss or with your client. Just double click on that video and pause it then you need to start meeting on zoom. When you will double click the video it will open as in default video player such as Windows Media Player or Quicktime.
3. Now you need to Click Share Screen in your Zoom meeting. It’s a green button at the bottom of the window. Which is showing in the image.
4. Now you need to select the screen which you want to share. Just select the video screen which you want to share with your client or boss. As shown in the above image you will get multiple selection option.
Once you will select that window which have your video.. It will share the video with your client or boss.
Note : Just keep in mind once you will click on Share button all the participant will see your screen. If you don’t want to share any particular screen just select which you want to share. Don’t select default screen.
If you want share any YouTube Video. Just go to browser and share it like previous one. You need to click on play button to share the running video. If you want to stop sharing click on pause button.
